Membership Database Update

As part of the unification process, we are streamlining all membership details into one database. Bowls NSW Ltd will be utilising the National Membership Database, Bowlslink.

The current Women’s Membership Portal is still operational, but access will be suspended from 20th November. This means that you have until Friday 19th November to record any outstanding membership updates.

We will then transfer all data across to the new Bowlslink Database. It is expected that Bowlslink will be operational by the end of 2021.

The current Men’s Membership Listing will remain operational until the Bowlslink Database is launched.

Inputting data into Bowlslink will be similar to your current process, and a series of training manuals and tutorial videos will be made available with the release of the new database.

At this time, we are asking clubs not to submit any membership applications you need processed until Bowlslink is released.

Finally, linked to this email is a Bowlslink Club Administration Request Form. Please have your appropriate club representative complete the form which will provide them with the requisite access rights to the Membership Database. We kindly ask that you send in completed forms at your earliest convenience.
